Robert S. Davis is the author of more than 1,000 publications on records, research, history, and genealogy, most of which deal with Georgia and Alabama. He has received national recognition by the Sons of the American Revolution; the American Association for State and Local History; and the National Genealogical Society. He has been quoted in Time, Smithsonian, CNN, NBC, and the Wall Street Journal. Bob received his B.A. in History from Piedmont College. He also has an M.Ed. from North Georgia College and State University and an M.A. from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Bob is Director of the Family & Regional History Program at Wallace State College in Hanceville, Alabama.
